Colour - help me!

Just a quick question.... If hair is bleached colour touch 1.9 should be used only?
4% will just over darken...

It will depend on what you are using it for, if on blonde, (like your other lady) 1.9% will be better, its like we all know 3% is 10vol which in most cases is same shade or darker, so wellas 4% is staying same base or darker, 1.9% is deposit only, so say you have a lady want brown, returns for roots and wants ends refreshed, 4% would be better in this case on the ends. If you are toning 1.9% is better.

It's been a while since I have used wella so I could be wrong, but its like joico have a note with their toners: for maximum deposit use glaze (1.5%), for medium deposit use 3% (10vol) and for minimum deposit use 6% (20vol)

I don't know what's wrong with those people why be so Nasty? If dont want to help don't bother at all no know everything so if the question is stupid to them its not for us if we asking anyway lets stop before this get closed lol

Colour cleansed with bleach, shampoo and water,
Lifted and then used 6.7 1.9% and just kept an eye on it! It only needed about 10mins!
