Colour match problem

My friend wants extensions. She came in today for consultation. But I can't seem to match her hair.
She has highlights. (Bleach, base 9 and base 7) overall it's very ashy. All the colours on my colour ring are too warm.
What do you suggest?

You could send samples of your friends hair (of the 2 colours) to whichever supplier you use. They dont always put every colour available on their colour ring. Just ring them and ask before hand
