commission for staff

Hi Everyone,

Ive searched and i cant seem to findany up to date information what is appropriate commission scheme. I ve 3 staff also working different hours and on different wages - due to experience. what commision do you pay your staff? x

I was thinking the same thing....My accountant says 30% gp, so I worked it out that some staff are on 1.5 their wage or 2 x their wage before they earn commission. No complaints as yet. But am very interested to hear other peoples views.
