Competition help

I'm entering my first hair competition nxt month and a little nervous as what to expect and the protocol of the event. Any helpful advice please?

Normally with the big competitions, once you reach the regional stages and finals etc you do not get to work with a mirror in front of you so get used to working without one before if you can and make sure you understand all the rules as that can be very strict about things like only 25% added hair etc good luck
