was just wondering if there was a way to get around having loads of client consultation forms for waxing and tinting??
i was thinking of printing out a contraindication sheet and possible side effects and getting everyone to sign a separate sheet confirming that none of the above applies... with name date treatment and signature ?
i am using a computer booking system so i will have all their personal details on there.
