im currently studying nvq 2 beauty we have to complete these tables for each section..... facials, manicure, pedi, eye treatments, waxing, make up.........but i have no idea how to set out a contra indication table.... has anyone done this and coul:cry:d u help pleeeaaassssseeeee!!!!:!:

You would have one column which would Prevent the treatment being carried out (ie you wouldn't be able to do the treatment) and another which would Restrict the treatment being carried out (ie alter the treatment slightly).

They would be different depending on the treatment in question. Your tutor should discuss these with you. If they haven't already, I would ask them to.

An example for contraindications for eye treatments would be:

1st Column: Prevent (Do not Treat) and under it Conjunctivitis

2nd Column: Restrict (Adapt Treatment) and under it Allergy

I hope this is clear and helps.
