Hi everyone,
My friend recently told me of a new hair bleach on the market that is supposedly "conditioning".
She didn't tell me the brand but said it was about $35 for a small tub.
She hasn't replied to my sms message so I'm hoping someone on here knows about it.
Does anyone know of any product on the market for professionals only?
I live in Australia so it's a product available here but I'm sure if it is available it would be world wide too.
