Can anyone advise?

I have tons of them in the salon in folders, I cant stand paperwork everywhere and the salon is just too small to cope!

anyway, i was thinking, instead of keeping them this way, i could scan them into my computer, then burn them onto a cd. I could then keep the cd at the salon and access them anytime i needed to.

would this be acceptable? thoughts anyone?

As far as I know they have to be on paper and kept in an intelligent order, so if needed they can be found easily and quickly and given to doctor/paramedic.

Can you not slim down the amount of products/chemicals in your salon?

Well no not really, I mean you need one for EVERY product and our salon treatments are extensive and growing all the time........ I have contacted HSE and am waiting for a response.. I shall let you know what they say. I mean if we have to have them on paper then so be it, but I was just hoping to cut my paperwork down.........
