coverage gels?

im recently coming across more and more clients with short nails and tiny nail beds. i use nsi nail systems and know they have a pink masque powder for the acrylic for coverage and to make the nail bed longer but they dont have a gel, i have the builder radiant pink and its not really a coverage gel just gives a nice healthy pink tone to the nail. so would i be ok in using a coverage gel from another nail system but still use nsi for every other part of doing the enhancements like prep and sculpting the white etc.? if so could anyone recommend a good coverage gel for me to try out?
