Customised nail art

Hi
I have a few ladies who often like to give me a theme and have some detailed nail art designed around it.
They usually give me the theme in advance I work out a design and show them before their appointment.
Do any of you charge an additional fee for this?
My other half says I should because it takes time and products to plan it and then they might not have then done anyway.
Help! X

I don't charge extra for this but do charge nail art accordingly. I'm grateful that I get to know what they have in mind before their app rather than taking me by surprise x

I don't charge extra for planning the design, it's my choice to do that, it saves time during the appointment and I then have the colour pop ready to show other clients if they request something similar.
