Afternoon fellow geeks. My first thread but had to post this. I know we're getting a bit tired & weary of "Dermalogica in Boots stores" as a topic but I've just had a lady walk in to the salon, having been sent to us from a large nearby Boots store. The lady wanted to buy several Dermalogica products but the sales assistant in Boots didn't have a clue which to recommend! Doesn't this totally support our whole argument? :!:
