Designing a shampoo unit

Hi all,

I am a design student from Sweden currently doing a design project regarding shampoo basins for hair salons. Initially I'm conducting a pre-study where the goal is to understand and evaluate the current shampoo units used in salons today.

It will really help me with the coming design work if I can get good input from professionals. I have created an online questionnaire for this (link below) and I would be extremely grateful if you would be kind enough to spare a few minutes and answer it for me. It's mainly multiple choice questions so it shouldn't be much effort, maybe even a bit fun

You are also welcome to comment here on other things that come to mind regarding the design of these products. Things that are good/bad/could be improved etc.
