Diploma question

I recently did a eyelash and eyebrow tinting course, which also taught how to shape eyebrows and apply cluster and strip lashes. I completed the course and gained a diploma does this mean I can now work mobile, the course details said yes but someone I know who works in beauty and they have said no I cannot do mobile work with a diploma. Oh ps I have insurance x

You'll have to contact your insurance company - if your course was accredited you should be ok. Give them a call or email a photo of your certificate.
