Do all nail tech need NVQ?

I need help. I live and work in Spain and im an Ezflow nail technician in Gels and Acrylics. Buut in spain there is no such thing as NVQ's. I have been working as a nail tech in a prestigous salon for about a year now, but woul dlike to live and work in London. My question is, Do you really need NVQ's to get a job as a nail tech in the UK?? please replyyy!!!

all salon owners will ask for a variuty of criteria when appling for a job, quality of trainning and experience are vital. What makes you think you will need an nvq.

NVq is a quality assurance standard , if you have had trainning from a registered ezflow educator this will also have a quality assurance with this. May i ask where you did your trainning?
