Can anyone recommend me some deep conditioning/hydrating products for dry hair?

cheers

Matrix Biolage is brilliant! I have converted everyone at work :green:

Ideally if you have dry hair you would want the Ultra Hydrating one!x

thats great thank you :D

just looked it up on the interweb...what would you recommend i get? the shampoo and conditioning balm? the leave in creme?

Yes I would go for the Ultra Hydrating shampoo and the Ultra Hydrating Conditioning Balm. I usually get these from 'The Shampoo shop' online. I find a 250ml bottle of each lasts me around 3 months.

It really is good stuff, I have quite long and thick hair plus I also have hair Balmain hair extension in too and this stuff really makes them feel lovely!!:) xx

PS The Hydra seal leave in creme is great too!! I use this once Ive washed with the shampoo and conditioning balm. Only really use this as I have extension but you may find it good if you have long hair if not I probably wouldn't bother unless your hair is really dry!! x

matrix hydratherapie range is fab!!! they do an ultra version for extremely damaged or brittle and a leave in cream.

I am suggesting an exercise which can improve the quality of hair.

"rub you nails of both hand" it's one form of yoga will help improve quality of your hair.

This is pseudoscience and is scientifically false.

My best advice to you is to pop into a salon and get some professional advice.:) It's hard to diagonose what to use without viewing/touching your hair. Any good salon would be happy to advice you on the right products for your hair as what works for one persons hair does may not be right for yours.

you could try vo5 moisture soak its really good i use it once a week, also they do good hot oil treatments

I wouldn't recommend this as it is not a professional product  You would get more for your money (and better quality!) from a professional hairdressers.

thanks guys - much appreciated.

I do try to look after my hair, but not being in the hair industry i'm not always sure what is best. If the products are good and work then i dont mind forking out for it.

what about deep conditioning treatments? are there any professional products you could recommend me that i could put on my hair at home? at the moment i am having a shower, washing and conditioning my hair and then leaving the conditioner on for a couple of hours before rising it off. i do this about twice a week.

another thing..whats the difference between the matrix hydratherapie and the matrix fortetherapie?
