Could Anyone recommend anything really good for dry skin? Something you can use on your face that actually works??

Can you elaborate Hun, regular dry skin or eczema/psoriasis dry skin?
🌸

I use foot cream which contains 10% urea. It works fab for dry skin anywhere

Just Regular dry skin.

Then I would maybe suggest a facial oil under there moisturiser for deeper nourishment, Neal's yard do a beautiful orange flower facial oil for dry skin and you only need 1-2 drops maximum even for the driest skins!
HTH!xxx
🌸

Have a look at and maybe call Cetuem, they have a product called Rejuvinate Complex made from highly active natural ingredients for dry skin. They also have a balancing oil which is great for nourishing.

Have used it on my children a couple of times when have run out of home made cream.

Oilatum Natural Repair Face cream is very good and can be bought from Boots.

The answer to your question is not a simple one.
First we need to establish the cause of dry skin.
It could be due to usage of irritating and drying cleansers, excessive sun exposure, lack of exfoliating etc.
