Training providers and industry professionals will be able to get an update and clarity on the recent changes in the Hairdressing and Barbering standards, straight from their Standard Setting Body, early 2014.

Habia will be running a series of workshops across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The first workshop will take place in Cardiff on Monday 10 February 2014 with a further five taking place in Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, London and York.

The workshops will each commence with registration and lunch at 12:00, at 12:45 the Habia team will provide an in-depth update on the recent changes and allow for a questions and answers session. The workshops will close at 15:30 when each delegate will receive a full set of the new standards.

Jane Goldsbro, Director of Standards and Qualifications, said, "These Habia NOS workshops will provide professionals in the industry with the ideal opportunity to find out exactly how the standards have changed within Hairdressing and Barbering and for attendees to discuss anything they feel they may need clarity on. From previous experience such workshops as these have proven to be highly informative and popular with places getting booked up quickly”.

Workshops will take place on the following dates; Cardiff on Monday 10 February 2014, Manchester on Wednesday 12 February 2014, Glasgow on Monday 17 February 2014, Belfast on Wednesday 19 February 2014, London on Tuesday 25 February 2014, with the final workshop taking place in York on Tuesday 4 March 2014.

Tickets for each workshop cost £50 plus VAT and include lunch and refreshments. Places are limited at each workshop.
