this is probably such a pants question, but how do you do a pile of emails (say 40) at the same time but only show one person's address?
 
The best way is to put your own e-mail address as the main recipient & then put the other e-mail addresses in the "Bcc" line (the "blind copy" line).

If you put addresses in the Cc line it will go to all the e-mail addresses listed but they will be visible to the other recipients.

If you put them into the Bcc line it will go to all the addresses but none of them are visible to the recipients.

You need to use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field to put the other people's email addresses in (where you don't want people to see anyone else's email address). Hope that helps :hug:
