Employee contract question

I would really like to hear some thoughts on employee contracts.

I have always researched on the internet and typed my own, I am now thinking for a more professional approach and to keep them really up to date I should either join National Hairdressing Federation for the benefits of contracts, legal cover, insurance discounts etc or outsource to a HR company.

What do you do, and why?

Join the NHF. Its only about £12 month and you get all your contracts you need, whenever you need them. You also get 24 hour legal lifeline. Invaluable.
