Epilation - Health & Safety

Hi guys

Do any of you know which act is reposbile for the regulation of epilation?

Cant seem to find it in any of my books, I have looked on the Habia website but can't find it there either...

According to my book -

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982

Section 8 of this act is concerned with the registration of any practitioners who pierce the skin,. This applies to :

• actupuncture
• ear & body piercing
• tattooing
• epilation
