Eyelash extension wrist and forearm pain soreness

Hello all, does anyone have forearm soreness/ hand fatigue soreness whilst doing eyelash extensions? What have you found to relieve it? Am I sitting wrong? I do hunch over a bit but I am not sure how that relates to forearm fatigue/soreness/pain.
