I had a client in to my salon yesterday and she chose to have the individual cluster lashes for a wedding today. I did the application as normal however the clients eyes kept watering, she said it was not irritating her at all and her eye area showed no sign of redness.
Anyway she left happy however i noticed when she got in the car she was constantly playing with them.
Had a call today to say overnight all of her lashes had fallen out, i asked whether she had used on products etc on her eyes she said no not at all.
Can any of you suggest anything as she is coming in again for me to do them again (this is what i suggested to her). She is due in at 12.30
