Eyelash extensions & pools

Hi all, I've just had someone enquire about having eyelash extensions for their holidays & going in & out of the pool. Just wondering if they would be ok & anything to advise with them.

I know that our glues are fine with swimming but towelling the eyes when wet can dislodge lashes. If you use an acrylic based sealant this can soften if submerged for a long time. The main problem for holiday lashes is sun cream/oil, it's difficult to avoid getting it on lashes once it's been on your hands. All you can do is advise your client to take care.
