Eyelash tint on partially blind client

Just as the title suggests would it be safe to do an eyelash tint on a partially blind client?

I'd say if in doubt get a doctor note but if you do a tiny proppely you shouldn't get tint in the eye so just be careful if you get a little bit it follow the same procedures as you would cold compress and wipe
