EZFlow Spa Elements Users - Help!

Hi,

I'm really hoping someone can help me with this as I feel so daft!

I used my Spa Elements products to do a luxury manicure the other day and I can't get the pump bottles to lock closed again?

I'm mobile so I need the pumps to be secure and to not be worrying about them getting pumped out all over my kit...

Normally if I buy a pump shampoo or conditioner, or shower gel you can turn the pump left or right and it locks shut so it can't be depressed...

Am I being thick?

Hey
You just very gently turn the top nozzle to the right and it locks in place. If you try and use it then nothing will come out =]

Mine arrived and one of the pump bottles didn't ever open and when i did my training the trainer used her bottles and one of hers didnt pump either, perhaps it's a common problem?

Ahh cheers dears. I will try gently turning to the right and see what happens although I'm sure I tried that.
