Facial for your back?

Hi there,
just a quick question that has probably been asked and answered before, but just cant seem to find! If you are qualified to do a facial on someones face are you then qualified to do a facial on someones back?

im not entirely sure on this
but at college, we learn facials in level 2
and we learn a back facial in level 3 (but its just like a demo and have a go, and thats it!)

so i would assume that if you've seen one done, and are qualified for facials then you should be good to go really
