Facial Treatment

Could someone in beauty please give me some advice on a treatment I had. I went to have a course of 10 facial Dermalifts last year, a month after the last session I contacted the beautician that carried out the treatment and informed her that I could see no change to my skin, she said that she would seek advice from the supplier of the machine, at this time I was not concerned about an immediate answer, after about a month she had still failed to get back to me. Text message became the only way of communicating, she still maintains she is awaiting answers, this has been ongoing for nearly a year.
Do you think it would be unreasonable to ask for my money back?

Did you discuss the treatment fully what did it involve and what was the suggested outcome and how was the treatment and results detailed in advertising material etc
