Feedback Book

Hi Geeks,

Just wondering what your thoughts would be about having a feedback/guest book in a salon? If any of you have one in your salons, do you find it useful.

It's not something I have ever considered as I find a happy client is a returning client. Wouldn't there be a danger of this turning into a Complaints Book, but if you want to check how staff are doing and how good different treatments are then it could be a good idea.
