I have 2 questions that i need a little help on:

Firstly, I have completely forgotten the grit of the white block-not the glossing buffer but the block that is used prior to the girlfriend buffer?

Secondly, I seem to have great difficulty feeling the difference between the 100/180 grit files. Does anyone know if a wholesaler sells them with different coloured sides like the 'girlfriend' buffer for example. I know I could get the separetly but I was thinking that different colours would be great if anyone sells them like that???

Thanks in advance.

The files I use have the grit printed on them...makes life alt easier...although you can tell by feeling...the rougher/courser it feels then the lower the number...(100)...the smoother it feels then the higher the number (240)

White blocks are 240 i think...but i personally find them harsher than a 240 file.

If you have quite thick skin on your fingers and can't quite tell the difference, try rubbing each against the back of your hand. The skin is much thinner and more sensitive there and you should be able to feel quite a difference.
