Yes you need to get tidier and closer to the cuticle, but I love the colour. What is it?
The spots are really even.

Were u given a hand trainer to practice on? They are amazing I would try bringing the colour up to the cuticles a bit more and cap the edges. What does your tutor think? I always used to send my work to my tutor to tell me where I could improve my work xx
