Foil striping tape peeling?

Hi.

I've recently been using striping foil in my nail designs but am finding it is peeling from the edges after a few days.

Can anyone recommend anything that will make it stay put? I'm using ink london products. Wondering if a layer of flubber over the foil then top coat will help.

Anyone got any suggestions?!

It's probably more to do with not sealing or encapsulating the foil ends properly. They usually peel if a slight edge is poking out from your top coat.
Apply your foils (not touching the sticky part at any time as it transfers oils and prevents it from sticking), cut the tape JUST short of the edge of nail. Then I quickly coat the ends of the tape, flash cure, then encapsulate and fully cure, then top coat.
