Full head bleach and tone

Hi looking for some advice.
Full head bleach and tone of virgin hair base 7. Toned with 9/21 + 9/8 Tigi (9violet blue + 9ash) top and mid looks great it’s cool and silvery but ends are still a bit dirty yellowy if that makes sense. Can anyone advise why and suggestions on how to avoid/correct.

I’ve noticed this on clients that have the roots bleach, but thought maybe it’s toner build up. But this find it was virgin hair.

Try a cleansing shampoo on the said ends , and then re-tone with a violet base 9 no blue or Ash, just violet. Hope this helps.
