Gel discolouring

Hi all
I used a pink gel on my sister in law on Saturday and a day later she said it’s turning its age. She wondered if it could be her purple shampoo for blonde hair doing it!? Any ideas??? X

This is very common with pinks and oranges. They discolour terribly. I haven't found a solution. Sunlight, suncream, hand sanitizer, make them even worse x
