Gel polish cracking help!

Hi there a new client of mine was in last week for a gel polish treatment. She left happy but the very next day called to say they were all cracked. She came in and I removed and reapplied them using a different colour and once again left happy. Two days later she sent me a photo of the nails and they were all cracked again! I do many gel polish treatments every day and have done for the last 3 years using harmony gelish and have never had this problem. Her nails were in good condition and average in length. Hope someone can help me figure out what has gone wrong. Many thanks

May be she is using a certain cleaning product or doing something to cause the cracking or medication? Xxx
