Hi geeks,

Iv noticed that im scratching the nail plate when removing cuticle with a dry prep using my cuticle knife that i purchuses with harmony,i am gelish trained but cant seem to remember how trainer showed me. Some times i feel that i am scraping too much of the cuticle area or is this impossible. I know that cuticle can grow right up to the centre of the nail plate so am aware that i have to remove this but i am scratching the nail plate at tge same time.

Can anybody pls help????

i tend to hold my scraper end quite flat to the nail plate and with a gentle pressure slide it up from free edge to eponychium.. that way if the scraper catches you can feel it denoting cuticle on the plate.. .. ooo hard to explain.. lol.. if you hold it pointing down into the nail your going to have that digging effect,...

gosh i wish i could explain it better.. lol.. sorry..

Sarah
