Gellux didn't cure properly

I have just done a set of gellux colour and used a led light but on the finishing off wipe it smudged and smeared
Can't understand why it didn't cure properly
Surely gellux is curable with led
Any tips please

Have you trained with Gellux and are you using all their products in the service including their LED lamp?

Some generic LED lamps will not fully cure certain brands of gel so you do need to be careful if you are charging for the service.

Sounds quite obvious but, did you apply top coat, after your colour coat, and then wipe?
Or did you apply colour coat and wipe?
