I know we're meant to embrace them, but I've tried and can't.

I've got some from puberty but when I was pregnant (7 years ago) I ballooned and am now covered in them.

As it was a long time ago they're faded, but they're there.

Has anyone tried anything that does actually work on them?

I've been using bio oil twice daily, once on wet skin and once on dry skin and mine have faded quite a bit not sure if it will completely get rid of them but it's a start xxx

I've heard bio oil is the way to go with stretch marks, never tried it though.

Thank you both.
Mine really get to me. I'm debating saving for laser removal for them

I'm the same I have them really bad especially my arms and I live in vest tops it's awful I want them gone and I can't blame a baby I'm just fat haha. If you do decide to get it let us know how it goes!xxx

I have been using coconut oil over the last 6 months and noticed a significant improvement. My tummy is beyond repair but it has definitely faded the ones on my thighs.
I hear that if they are still red/purple then a course of microdermabrasion can make a huge difference

With regards to Bio Oil, I'm pretty sure it's not actually scientifically proven to work. You may want to check it out x
