Gift for salon referrals?

I have a small salon specialising in brows and lashes, a massive part of my business is microblading and there is a local hair salon who sends me a tonne of clients!! I've done microblading for quite a few of them and obviously they're happy with their brows and refer their clients to me! Basically I want to get them some sort of gift or something to say thanks for all the referrals but have no idea what to get them?

The salon I work at was gifted a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a thank you card from a local microblading tech we send referrals to. It was really sweet and unexpected!
