Giving up before even started, semi permanent makeup

Hi girls! I am new to this site
I am newly qualified beauty level 2, and I did my semi permanent makeup in russia
Am I allowed to provide this treatment in UK? What do I need? Where do I start? I am just so clueless
I would like to do it in different salons few tones a week... please any advice! I am giving up
