Going blonde-help

I have been growing my colour out for almost a year so about 2/3 natural medium/dark brown and darker brown on the ends, will I be able to go a light blonde all over or will there be a colour difference at the ends stills?

im not a hairdresser I just wanted some advice if this would be possible or if it would be better to wait a little longer til its fully grown out, just wanted to know my options really before going to the salon.

I'd look into highlights to gradually lighten it.

was hoping you wasn't going to say that!

I want a block colour as I don't really like highlights would this be my only option?

I'm sure whoever you went to would be able to give you an even colour!
