Going from bleach tint to natural blonde

Hi Geeks....

Help is really needed for tonight... im doing my boyfriends sisters hair she has a blonde tint in it and wants to go a dirty blonde with an all over colour and some highlights...
i was thinking of repiging it with Loreal 8.3 and then doing scattard bleach highlights and 8.31 in between the packets??

Any advice would be very much appreciated...
