Hey all!
Just a quick question... what is the going rate for Comission? I am a tech but I own the salon...so I don't get a comisssion reate or a paycheque for that matter LOL.
Just curious to see what the %'s are like out there. I am thinking of adding another tech to my salon to take some of the work load off me and am unsure what I should offer her/him.
