Going rate for full manicure plus gel polish?

This has probably been up already at some point.. apologies in advance!.

Im just checking over my prices, and thought id ask if you think £40 is a fair price for a Manicure and Gel polish application?. I charge £30 for a standard manicure and polish and add on £10 for gel.

The manicure entails hand sanitise, soak in handbath, cuticles tidied and nails trimmed/shaped. Then a relaxing hand and arm massage before the gel polish is applied and an application of cuticle oil
and hand cream/lotion to finish.

It takes me around an hour if i keep the chat down!.

However i do offer a luxury manicure with extras, heated mitts/scrub/mask etc for £35 std polish or £45 for additional gel polish.

Are these prices ok?.. its so hard to gauge at the moment.

Im based in Edinburgh, and use both Shellac & Halo gel polish

When you get time, definitely do this to work out how much you need to charge based on your product costs, bills, timing, including min wage etc.

Also, can I ask why you use two different brands of gel polish. Especially when CND Shellac is very professional and highly rated while Halo isn't x
