Hair cutting & colouring refresher courses

Hi all I'm just wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find or book refresher courses in either cutting, colouring or both? I've tried my local ellisons and sallys and there verylimited.i live Iin Warwickshire but am happy to travel. Many thanks helen xx
