Hair extension sectioning?

Hi Guys and Girls! So, I have been trained in Extensions and my clients love my work. I never really have much problem with them, however, I feel and see photos of girls who do sectioning differently, is there more than one way to section micro / nano application?

I see photos all the time and people have sectioned and applied them differently to how I was taught also so I'm guessing there must be more than one way to safely apply extensions, I just apply them how I was taught as long as they're in neat etc xxx
