Dont forget you can't have someone sign away their rights (it invalidates the agreement) but you can ask them to accept their responsibility.

So

Bad. 'By signing, you agree to never sue me for poor installation'

Good. 'I understand the effects of not using correct aftercare inc .... .... . And accept any consequences of not using recommended aftercare.
