Hair extensions

I was searching lately for good quality hair extensions.Which do u thing r the best and which method of have them is best? I used to have tresses with clips,i used the sweing method,keratin and lazer "glue". i' ve heard about a method that small plastic rings are placed on hair with the extension and i am thinking trying it also a treese round like a hat that u clip it on ur head and take on top out ur hair.what do u think?

Great idea hun, ive never heared of this but let me know how it goes i minght give it a try , i have had the glue in ones which i didnt like because i could see all the glue , and the woven ones which i found better but they never lasted me long because i wash my hair everynight HTH x
