Hi! I'm looking for some advice please!

I've recently had my micro loop extensions taken out and suffered from so much hair loss! My hair was fine to begin with and now I'm left with very little hair! I was hoping you guys would be able to advise on supplements, treatments or anything that will thicken my hair?

If excess hair has come out, it should still grow back ok but you need to eat healthily and not get too stressed over it, as stress can slow the hair growth cycle.

Did you see clumps of your hair attached to the extensions when they were removed? It's very common to feel like your hair is much thinner after having extensions removed, when in reality it's probably no different to how it was before the extensions were fitted. Assuming they were done by a competent and experienced extensionist/hairdresser.
