Hair pin up course

I am interested in doing a hair pin up course does anyone know where I could find out more about where does one in Scotland?

have you got a sally's??
i did my level 3 in college to do this really and it was a sham!!!!!!! all tutor said was do a curl a roll a twist ect
never shown me what to do??
sally's is good.... and only about £30 + vat
