Hair Pins

Hi guys,
I do a lot of upstyles and hate using hair pins on high hairstyles as they always come out over the course of the day..
I've seen hair pins which have a little 'U' at one side which makes the pin stay in place, but can't seem to find them anywhere and don't know what they're called..
Does anyone know what I mean or know where I can find them?

exactly what I was going to say, when I did hair as a job the salon owners mum still had a few clients and a few of those had updo's every week. she always used this method with pins and the hair was still up a week later when they came back again!!!
